3rd Lecture on the subject “Traffic Management – the Ground Realities – Delhi as a case study”

IRF India Chapter organized the 3rd Lecture in the series, titled “Traffic Management – the Ground Realities – Delhi as a Case study” on 17th July 2023 from 18:00 – 19:30 Hrs.

At the outset, Mr. K.K. Kapila, President (Emeritus), IRF and Founder President, IRF-IC welcomed the participants and gave a brief review of the Lecture series.

He welcomed the distinguished Guest Speaker, Panelists and attendees.  The following Speaker and Panelists joined the Lecture and shared their thoughts and observations.

  1. Chief Guest –Dr. Rohit Baluja, President, Institute of Road Traffic Education
  2. Mr. K.K. Kapila, President (Emeritus), IRF Geneva and Founder President, IRF-IC
  3. Dr. Arun Mohan, Sr. Advocate, Supreme Court of India
  4. Mr. Akhilesh Srivastava, Executive Vice President, IRF India Chapter
  5. Special Guest – Mr. Balraj Bhanot, Chairman TEDC (BIS)

The Guest Speaker at the Webinar was Dr. Rohit Baluja, President, Institute of Road Traffic Education. Dr. Baluja shared a presentation on Delhi as a case study with regard to Traffic Management.

A special presentation was made Dr. Arun Mohan, Sr. Advocate, Supreme Court of India on “Use of Drones for Traffic Management”, which he briefly explained through the following visual presentation.
