Er. Manoj Kumar Gupta is CEO – IRF India chapter. He holds B. Tech degree in Civil Engineering. Mr. Gupta has a rich experience of over 40 years. He is former HOD cum Engineer-in-chief, UPPWD. He also served as Chief Engineer, UPEIDA, Lucknow (July 2018 – June 2021) and played key role in timely completion of Purvanchal Expressway (341Km) and Bundelkhand Expressway (296 Km) and framing of Ganga Expressway (594 Km) DPR. He was on deputation to NHAI and worked as Project Director, Ghaziabad & Faridabad (June 2010 – May 2015) and handled EPE, DME, Delhi Agra six laning projects etc. He is a member of Indian Road Congress and fellow member of Institution of Engineers (India). He was conferred upon distinguished Alumni Award – 2021 during centenary celebration of Alma Mater HBTI, Kanpur.

A post graduate in Management from IMI, New Delhi, she has varied experience in the area of Operations, Vendor Management and Communications in organisations like Sony India, Nokia India, CISCO, ICT and ASSOCHAM. She is the Head, Project Management Unit at the International Road Federation’s – India since August 2021.
