Mr. K. K. Kapila is President (Emeritus), IRF Geneva & Founder President, IRF India Chapter. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He was the first non-European Chairman of International Road Federation (IRF) Geneva for three terms 3 years each, i.e. for 9 years. Mr. Kapila believes that safety in transport network is the hallmark of a sustainable and robust economy. Mr. Kapila is recipient of many national and international awards for infrastructure development excellence and road safety projects.
