DESCRIPTION:International Road Federation – India Chapter (IRF-IC) celebrated 15 years of its establishment\, reflecting on a journey driven by purpose\, partnerships and an unwavering commitment to road safety and safer mobility. The Foundation Day programme was graced by senior dignitaries on the dais – including Mr. K. K. Kapila\, Founder President\, IRF-IC\, Mr. Akhilesh Srivastava\, President\, IRF-IC\,   Prof. Manoranjan Parida\, Former Director\, CRRI-New Delhi\, Mr. Pawan Kant\, CEO\, Interise Investment Managers Ltd. and Prof. P.K.Sikdar\, Advisor\, IRF-IC\, whose presence and insights reinforced the importance of collective responsibility in saving lives on our roads. \nMr. Akhilesh Srivastava\, President\, IRF – IC\, delivered the welcome address at the event. \nMr. K. K. Kapila\, Founder President\, IRF – IC\, took through an inspiring video presentation capturing the IRF-IC journey from 2011 to 2025\, highlighting the formative years that laid the foundation for a strong\, credible and action-oriented institution. \nMr. Akhilesh Srivastava\, shared a compelling vision on the road ahead\, outlining IRF-IC’s future direction\, priorities and commitment to strengthening the School Zone Safety and 5E approach to road safety in the years to come. \nThe Events Highlights were: \n\nBytes from IRF-IC’s founder members and past members\, reflecting on shared milestones\, challenges and collective achievements over the last 15 years.\nA presentation from esteemed member 3M on their range of products and their contribution to making roads safer.
